SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping across Bangladesh with trusted third-party service providers to ensure your order reaches you safely. For deliveries inside Dhaka, the shipping charge is BDT 80, while for addresses outside Dhaka, it's BDT 130. We're delighted to provide free shipping on all orders exceeding BDT 1500, allowing you to enjoy our premium ceramic collection without extra costs.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days inside Dhaka, and 3-7 business days outside Dhaka. We use secure packaging to protect your items and provide you with a tracking number for convenience. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our customers with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy once the delivery is completed. We encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect their order in the presence of the delivery person upon arrival.

If you find any damage to the product upon delivery, please do not accept the item. Inform the delivery person immediately, and the product will be returned to us. This is your opportunity to verify the integrity of the item you are receiving. It is important to note that after you have accepted the delivery and the delivery person has left, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
